If you're getting 11volts+ AC coming out from idle on up that's great. Rev the bike up and see how high it gets. Hook that up to the lighting leads coming out of your ignition. Get a voltage meter, or find a friend that has one and knows how to use it. I assume this euro bike has a battery like the NA mb? Look up on the googles how to check the battery, it might need some maintenance if it's not a sealed unit. If you have a problem with your battery it's going to run dim and shitty, especially on a 6v system.
